These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of speronix.com (the "Site"), operated by Speronix S.A., with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office 802, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

By accessing and using the Site you expressly accept these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

Speronix is a financial-education and outreach platform. We do not provide financial services, do not receive money from the public, and do not engage in securities intermediation or registered investment advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site in accordance with Argentine law, not to interfere with its operation, not to reverse engineer it, and not to use the content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
